Yazh Academy of Music and fine arts was started in Madambakkam, Chennai, on 5^th June 2012, and has been one of the best Music Academy in Chennai. We are a leading institute that specializes in providing comprehensive education in classical and western music, as well as fine arts. Our academy has been nurturing the artistic talents of students for over a decade, and we take immense pride in our faculty members who are well-versed in their respective fields.

We are proud to say that we have taught over 2000 students in Chennai and, also from other states and countries through online. We offer courses and syllabus based on our student’s abilities and skills, which helps every student to learn music, dance, arts easily and enable them to shine. “The Founder of Yazh Academy of Music and Fine Arts Mr. S.Prabakaran is a remarkable individual, as friendly personality and kind person who has a profound vision to make music education accessible to any person across the world. Our Director was awarded Sangeetha Vidwan title at The Tamilnadu Government Music College. He graduated from Trinity college London in Keyboard and Guitar under the able guidance of Mr. Chandramohan. He has also completed his M.A., in History, at Annamalai University, Chidambaram. Mr. Prabakaran has started the Academy with the single student as a single person. Due to his passion for Music and Arts, his dedication and sincerity of teaching music now over 2000 students have learned from him and this Academy. Due to his inclusive approach and commitment to diversity, he has created a nurturing environment that welcomes learners from various backgrounds and also helped many poor children’s to get Music Education easily…Through his tireless efforts, the Academy has empowered countless students to discover the beauty and joy of music, leaving a lasting legacy of inspiration and opportunity for generations to come.”
